Chili

1 lb ground beef

2 T olive oil

1 small onion, diced

1 can black beans, drained

1 can kidney beans, drained

1 can red beans, drained

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can Rotel, tomatoes with green chilies

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup worshestershire sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

8 ounces shredded cheese

freshly ground black pepper & salt to taste

 

Preparation

 

 Put olive oil in large Dutch oven or heavy pot and saute onion. Add the ground beef and saute until brown. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Let simmer on the stove for an hour to marry all the flavors.

Serve with shredded cheese and corn bread.
